Reader,

There are two individuals in siege by and army reseach and development project arrangment via electronic device, army satelite introducing MKultra. Its disclosed that a female, young 25ish, is as well captive, I am as well corresponding with her via email and reassuring the horrified female that it is simply harrassment, but in reality is to be considered dangerous. In view of the purpose of my altercation, a non military individual recipient of traditional, army "Humiliation", for reasons I remain oblivious to I assume it was simply the desire of a disgruntled army master sergeants daugther who additionally confessed that her previous husband would endure the same treatment. If the recipient of this brief note retains the abilities, please track the satelite feed by the address provided below, contact army investigations or other avenues I may be unaware of. After research I have become aware that there are approximately 100 + incidents on a national level. For the religious, high moral individuals there remains information undisclosed that violates the person in a most personal manner.

Allow the below information to provide a visualization of events that at the time of this composition are occurring even after vain attempts of requesting release from the harassment. Further note that the below is transpiring without the consent of the victim composing this plea for assistance and all furnished contact information is valid, this note should not be dismissed as a hoax, again it’s a sincere plea for assistance. In reference to the below as offered by the individual(s) responsible for the altercation, the harassment is occurring via Satellite transmission. Satellite transmission is easily authenticated with a statement I heard awhile back from a gentleman who offered "You'll need to locate the source of the feed yourself and shut it off"? Any efforts to utilize the contact information below in attempts to offer aid would be immensely appreciated.

Army master sergeant, Green and daugther attempt murder via MKultra "Humiliation" Army MKultra Siege via army satelite

A quick note, I have as well encountered another individual, 31 year old female whose retention commenced on March 10th, 2002, who is as well currently bring retained via satelite transmission and the recipient of MKultra compliments the army research and development. I have attempted to alert the government of its improper use.

It was a few years ago that we meet and briefly spoke in front of and old farmhouse that was situated with a large red barn on a country road in Fairlee Vermont owned by Gordon George. I can, although a few years ago vividly remember our brief discussion. I was immensely impressed as I followed your political career through the years since our meeting. I believe you were campaigning for office at the time or perhaps a house seat? I can as well recall how closely Gordon resembled you in features, further I believed he mentioned you were a distant relation?

Along with your political career I as well observed Senator John Carols career who started his political venture in Orford N.H. It was awhile back, after dinning with the Carol family that I became intrigued with his career. It was a couple years ago while in South Carolina that I learned of his encountered dilemma, I was deeply saddened when it drastically affected his political career I briefly thought of calling him to express my regrets. I have enjoyed observing a few political friends, acquaintances careers develop up through the years and was mesmerized by the progress that each has achieved, I must admit your transition a year or so back was the monumentous occasion for any political career.

Importantly, I have inadvertently encountered a scenario that has been the object of a tremendous amount of discomfort and I do sincerely wonder if perhaps it shouldn't be brought to your attentions. In view that the scenario involves a technology that is continually developing by leaps, please allow the forward depicted altercation to verify my opinion for closer governmental observation in view that the military has expressed the inability to adequately control the technologies lent to MKultra.

In arrangement by a military family, Greens of Bradford VT, I have without my consent become ensnarled in a "Mkultra" project, that is the cause of insurmountable havoc. Remarkably, I have never been associated with any branch of the military; it's hard to acquire a grasp upon the concept behind the theory of practicing military etiquette, humiliation, on a non- military individual? I have understood from the administrator of the Mkultra that they are with the military, Army research and development, the arrangement I was oblivious to was assembled a few years back as I assume the master sergeant. After remembering the Greens daughter, my ex- wife's sarcasm after a brief confession of events that would occur via avenues of the Army, I was amazed after recalling all I had assumed would be fictitious. In view that I have yet to participate in any activities that to should initiate any retaliatory type activity I am gravely concerned with the inappropriate behavior exhibited with the use of Mkultra by the military as a personal favor because of a retired, disgruntled army officer. Further I was informed that a previous spouse of the daughter, Darwin May, another of the Greens daughter spouses would as well suffer the same ill effects of Mkultra which I understand is now popular in various military neurological applications and perhaps in need of governmental scrutinization.

Barbara Green of Bradford VT, wife of a army master sergeant, mother of the daughter, ex-wife, was contacted and denied having any knowledge of any of the described arrangement, which could be factual. However I have yet to yield to Mrs. Green suggestion to contact her son, Mitchell Green of Bedford N.H, with questions regarding my unacquainted participation the Army research and development project of Mkultra.

Alarmingly, I have vainly contacted various agencies, Federal Bureau Investigations (LA), Secret Service (LA), Army recruiting (LA), LAPD (LA), Governors Office (Sacramento) in reference to the affliction with the army induced, administrated Mkultra. In view that I am unwillingly an active participant in and Mkultra project in Lakeview Terrace, CA, combine with the growing popularity with its use I felt compelled to offer you the opportunity to become acquainted with the latest developments with Mkultra. Additionally, in view that I have for the past three months repeatedly offered to the Army administer of Mkultra that I did not consent to my participation in the research project and considering the negative effects on the individual I feel compelled to allow and informative depiction of Mkultra. Moreover a plea for assistance if you are aware of any avenues I have yet to explore in attempts for salvation from the psychologically, physically overwhelming, exhaustive grasp of the military, humiliation, project of MKultra.

Whether hoax, means to supplement someone's income, I would thoroughly be overjoyed to retain a full, believable explanation of why I was selected for the military, humiliation, army research Mkultra project that I have been retained in since January 19, 2002. In view that I have yet to become involved with any military activity I am very bewildered, concerned for my current participation in the undesired project? However I remember the organization, planning of it and those involved in one way or another, it was planned years back? I assumed it all fictitious until my recent admission, unwilliness participation. Further as I pondered on the occurrences that could relate to the scenario I remembered a conversation, with a gentleman, that coincided with the Greens daughter's confessions. The gentleman had offered that I would need to locate the satellite myself and extinguish the feed? Again with bewilderment, events that I could remark on that would involve satellite transmission have occurred for approximately the past year.

In closing and to briefly summarize the Mkultra project scenario I have been placed, selected, involved in without consent that was obviously arranged by the before mentioned individuals for reasons I remain oblivious to? I have done nothing that should warrant such undesirable activity? Perplexed, while bewildered and inquisitively have I left avenues unexplored? Would you perhaps know of any means, avenues that will result in my removal from the Mkultra project? Any assistance would be tremendously appreciated, as I really need to be removed from the army research and development project supporting the label of Mkultra.

On a more informative level I will enclose supporting documentation for verification purposes to shed a more in-depth discussion on the technologies utilized in the Army research and development Mkultra project. In view that I have a layman's knowledge with the MKultra technologies I would readily be available for consultation in any compactly, situation to offer further enlightenment on its practices, methodologies and possible ill effects on the individuals cognitive functionality, psychologically, physical abilities and overall well being.

INTRODUCTION This report is about how an obscure effect - "radar hearing" - has turned into the world's first truly perfect crime, perpetrated on innocent citizens in their homes and communities, with misinformation and heavy legal cover provided by the governments we elect and pay to protect us. This is not fiction, and any wealthy person can avail him/herself of the technology without breaking any laws, from the commercial and unclassified arenas. "Radar hearing", that is, the hearing of the buzz from a stream of radar pulses directly in the skull with no receiving equipment whatsoever was first noted in World War II. This showed scientists, unfortunately including some highly unethical scientists, that if a radio signal were chopped into thin, sudden pulses, the human brain and nervous system could be directly accessed.

Hypnosis and "silent sound" technology have combined to make the effects undetectable by the target. When dealing with the subject matter of this report, there are some terms which have become colloquial as synonyms for experiments for purposes of reading from and transmitting to the human brain: "Neuro- electromagnetic", "NEM", "electronic mind control".

When dealing with this subject, the question "WHY?" is one of the first. The "WHY" is primarily military and intelligence psychological warfare equipment and tactics development, with revenge and sadism adding to the "national security" excuse.

HISTORICAL SUMMARY The first neuro-communication device, that is, the first which could cause "entrainment" effects such as instant sleep AT A DISTANCE was the Soviet-made LIDA machine, used in the Korean War, and later (1983) brought to the Loma Linda Veterans Hospital Research Unit and studied by Dr. Ross Adey and Dr. Eldon Byrd. A veteran approached Dr. Adey and told him the device was in use in Allied POW camps during the Korean War.Thus, when the Cold War produced the U.S. Government's classified response to the Soviet Bloc threat, the CIA's MKULTRA program series, electronic neuro-communication became one of the smaller development tracks. MKULTRA's 149 programs emphasized involuntary confinement, secret torture facilities, and especially the use of drugs for control and interrogation purposes. From the 1950s to the late 1970s, MKULTRA's 149 sub- programs continued unhindered by public scrutiny. In the late 1970s, the U.S. Senate's Select Committee on Intelligence, Health and Scientific Research sub- committee, did their job and began hearings on the quarter-century of government- sanctioned atrocities perpetrated on innocent citizens.Eventually, eight Canadian involuntary test subjects, who had been swindled into becoming "patients" of the infamous Dr. Ewen Cameron at the McGill University Allen [psychiatric] Institute, won a small settlement of $100,000 each from the U.S. Government, via the Canadian Government which shepherded the suit. That case is named "Orlikow vs. United States et al".The many more victims of these kidnap/torture experiments, including child abuse, have not received a dime yet, and no official recognition, in spite of the U.S. Government's apologies to the Tuskegee untreated syphilis experiment victims, and half-hearted acknowledgement (by way of a hearing but no compensation) of the covert radioactive food experiments. Very worrisome is the fact that no procedures have been put in place yet, after decades, to prevent more secret human experimentation. In fact, the opposite is true: In 1996, the U.S. Government VERY quietly un-signed the Nuremburg Human Experimentation protocols, enacted after the Nazi human experiments became known after World War II. Senator John Glenn tried to make this right by introducing his own Human Experimentation Act, S.193 This S.193 bill died quietly in the fanfare over Senator Glenn's space shuttle ride and subsequent retirement. About the only result of the late-70s hearings was that the institutional, drug, and child abuse phases of military and intelligence experiments were stopped. However, the neuro-communication experiments did NOT stop, in fact, they were never brought to light in the Senate hearings. [Above assertion backed only by the experiences of the several hundred known involuntary test subjects in the U.S., Canada, and world, over the past several decades. 3. Private contractors are not required to divulge sources of funding as are government agencies. [Above are public knowledge.] These advantages allowed the MKULTRA group to keep right on rolling, but now more covertly than ever. And remember, NO MKULTRA perpetrators were ever brought up on criminal charges. Remember too that not all senior government executives, those with the criminal mindset who authorized the work, left government. History shows, undeniably, that at any given time, there is always a percentage of government brass who are willing to use brutality to achieve their personal ends, using the excuse that works every time: "national security".

So what we have is a reversal of criminal responsibility for involuntary human experimentation: - Fifties through seventies: GOVERNMENT was the perpetrator, with corporations, hospitals and universities assisting. - After the seventies, CORPORATIONS are the technology holders and users, with government executives, some with law enforcement powers, providing massive denial services and legal cover by not hunting down and charging the civilian perpetrators, instead denying involuntary experimentation exists. Even so-called "government laboratories" have in some cases been "sold" to private industry, just as with prisons. Oak Ridge National Laboratories is now owned and run by Martin-Marietta Corporation (in 1993).A final comment on the history of government-backed involuntary human experimentation in general and specifically where neuro- communication is involved: Scientists who did the unclassified ground work in the 60s through the 80s, including Dr. Ross Adey, Dr. Eldon Byrd, Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher, and Dr. Bill Van Bise, have had their funding cut and even their notes confiscated (sometimes stolen) as soon as their work showed success. This is a fact, and they are still alive to confirm it. Their patented product is named "HyperSonic Sound" or "HSS" How acoustic heterodyning works (applies to next item also) - Destruction of target organism The use of extremely high power through-air ultrasound, INaudibly, to sicken and potentially kill an enemy soldier is being developed under an unclassified research contract awarded to Synetics Corp.

3. Hypnosis and hypnotic triggers Human beings range from being almost non-hypnotizeable to very hypnotizable, as with other traits, on the familiar bell curve. If SILENT hypnosis is used, as with the combination of microwave voice-to-skull transmission and ultrasonic voice conversion, commands to respond to a certain "trigger phrase" or other triggers such as sights, smells, sounds, can be sent into the target's skull for months on end. Through-wall passive and active radar Through wall "passive" radar scanners can be purchased (if the buyer is wealthy) from Millivision Corporation in Northampton, MassachusettsA passive scanner shows people in the nude. It sees clearly through non- conductive walls and is undetectable since it sends out no signal of it's own. Shining a "radar flashlight" through partly- conductive walls enhances the visibility. A non-imaging radar scanner, called the LADS (Life Assessment Detector System) detects motion of a human body from breathing and heartbeat. Police agencies are beginning to acquire and use these devices, and, naturally, if you have the cash, you can have one too. The reader can be certain that these remote-sensing devices have irresistible appeal to wealthy voyeurs and stalkers!

2. Pass- through-body radio signals Pass-through-body radio signals are simple, steady carrier frequency aimed at a subject's head, where a receiver on the far side of the subject receives the signal which has passed through the brain tissue. There is no sensation and no way the target can detect this activity. The power levels are low. The signal that passed AROUND the subject is a steady carrier at the identical frequency of the transmitter. The signal that passed THROUGH the subject's brain, has been slightly modified by the brain's electrical and magnetic activity. With enough experimentation, both silently- said-to-self words and even images are now recoverable by way of computer enhancement and analysis. How pass-through works. Shows that computer recovery of visual images from EEG traces has been accomplished in unclassified science. It is important to realize that in all of the above technologies, except the use of high powered microwave or ultrasound signals to cause physical damage, the power levels are extremely LOW, and hard to detect. Furthermore, the carrier signal can be "hopped around" using what is called "spread spectrum" technology. Unless a detection device "knows" the hop schedule ahead of time, there is no way to distinguish the attack signal from ordinary static. CONCLUSION Radio signals and through-air ultrasound are SILENT. These two tones combine to produce a relaxing brain entrainment rhythm, which transmits, rather than receives the dominant brain rhythm popularized by the "bio-feedback" industry. I, multiple accident survivor, immediately became livid an nearly screamed in horror "Leave me alone..", rather I simply growled "leave me alone" several times before the electronic tranmission again comsumed my original character, personaity. The transformation was hideous, Jekyl and Hyde? Something hideous, unnatural, synthetic. A horrible sense of urgency was acquainted with the temporary perception of my original character as involuntary head movement allowed for my eyes to view the moon before the "audio voices" exclaim "You are stupid..." offered in reference to "Stephan Kings" novel, "the stand", which depicts a character that is intellectually challenged and refers to the moon as "M.O.O.N". The manipulation again involuntarily carresses my hair as the "audio voices" offer you are "stupid" baby!. They are the evil, the "Devil", Satan, they are arrogant with their evil powers.. The reader will need to be recall the nuclear testings that occurred in "White Sands NM" where several individuals stood silient displaying no emotion while influenced by "Military Mind Control" on a desert plain offering a zombie like appearance. Did any of the below neurological practices allow for the described? When the quiet individuals on the NM desert plain were the subjects of the nuclear test blast?.

The individual quiet, compassionate is naieve as testified by the military intruders who have attempted to fullfill the military familys "favor" as referenced below, additionally, I was alerted to the fact that I would "make harrassing phone calls", obliviously, I never imagined that it would occur via military manipulation?

I had become confused until I started experiencing odd sensations, enhanced anger, trembling, core feelings that contain ill of evil perceptions(dead next day symptoms) and other various symptoms until the afternoon on January 19th, 2002 that I picked up the phone and was immediately introduced to the electronic transmission that provoked me to a sitting position on the floor and perform various movements that were involuntary, however the new found energy was of astronomical proportion that was the energy of a eighteen year old. The new found energy was accompanied with "Role Playing" and all has evolved into the stage that manipulation occurs at the will of the arrogance of the individual, perpetrators of the electronic transmission. A grave concern is that a misperception was allowed to build a sense of dependency on the new energy? The "audio voices" offered the pyschology of comfort in a much needed time of sorrow after and accident recovery. Further of concern without provocation my ex-wife had a few years back prognosticated that myself, Darwin May New Hampshire would encounter "schnophrenic" behavior modification and be "driven insane". Later a Lisa Kelbalka(Garrow) as well predicted I would be "manic depressive", additionally she offered "he will have your future in his hands"? which I assume is relevant to the current scenario. Upon having been in the energy I soon recalled a phrase offered by a gentleman a few years back that offered "You'll have to locate the source yourself and extinguish the feed yourself..". The transformation was hideous, Jekyl and Hyde? Something hideous, unnatural, synthetic. A horrible sense of urgency was acquainted with the temporary view of my original character, personality the percieved urgency was that I was truly being violated by the evil of the devil himself! Should I be offered assistance from my perpetrators who control the transmision at latitude/longitude 34.26 118.42

The intrusion starts with previous surveilance perhaps 6 months to a year, I was reminded of surveilance having started nearly a year previous to the obvious intrusion by my predators. The introduction of "electronic transmission", compile seven months of conditioning via the current that acts as and irritant, allow "audio voices" that offer demented, ill, pyschological problematic suggestion via low frequency, the once quiet, compassionate individual begins to transform into the hardened individual that is easily enticed into arguement, exhibitions of anger, "schnophrenic" behavior! however as easily as the individual is manipulated into the "schnophrenic" hardened individual, the military manipulation via army resources can as well convert the individual from the hardened person into the quiet, compassionate, individual once again however the individual will retain yet another predicted behavioral conditioning of "depressive" type that was as well allowed by a disgruntled female. The military can now actually literally manipulate behavior via electronic avenues? Ironically, the above described processes are utilized in the traditional "Humiliation" sequences, as well as for experimentation purposes.

1, A internet conversation with a "Dexter Keith Carol" of South Carolina while I was in Arizona. Later approximately after suggestion from a friend who offered they could take myself and daugther right there, we ended up in South Carolina. It was reported by Horry county PD that a "Dexter Keith Carol" was the individual responsible for the removal of two young female teenagers, 12 my daugther, 16 to a South Carolina forest. A genuine concern is that my daugther and I were routed there? and that a possible child routing scenario exist there?

2, Possible motivation, knowledge of Rutland Vermont business officers of Green Mountain Explosives "Jiloty" and "Day". Memories of the deaths of "Agnew","Hill" coincidentially that were young female tennis players in Rutland, Vermont, Explosives that were loaded into the trunks of cars without any exchanged paperwork?
