Hello, I have been violated by my perpetrators for two months. They are spying on me with spycams into my apartment from an ajacent apartment. They are following me with tracking technology and are also using a microwave beam on me when I am in my apartment.
I am beginning to have serious health problems as a result of the microwave being used against me.
Could someone please call me as I think these people have all my information concerning my email. But I also know that they have been trying to scan my cellphone and are able to knock me off my conversations when I'm on the phone. Received 03-09-2004 Hello, I almost forgot in my last email to you. The direction of where these attacks are comming from is apartment 622 and 621 of the Sabal Park Apartment complex.
The management of the complex can give more information about the oppcupants of these apartments and further info but it might require a court order I really do not know for sure.
I believe the persons name who is responsible for these attacks is Ron Smith!

Received 03-12-2004 Yes, I sent an email a week ago about the people who are using the electronic equipment against me in my apartment from an apartment above the one I am living in.
It seems that the sheriffs department arrested one of these people. I am not sure of the charges against him at this time, or if in fact it is even in any way related to what is going on with me.
I know he switched apartments with his son Jason Smith and his sons girlfriend, and the apartment is now in his girlfriends name ( and Ron Smith is the co- signer on the apartment) (Apt.622).
But I do know that this guy they arrested is the father of the person that lives in the apartment above me and his name is Jason Smith and this is the person who is using this technology against me. They are still watching me in my apartment with the spy cameras that are attched to this device that has the microwave generator and transmitter on it, and he is still beamming me with this thing and the reason I know this is that I have seen this device, when they tried to get it out of their apartment the morning after I had a sweep done on my apartment by a local person whom is qualified to do just that and does this sort of work for a living here in this area.
I saw this guys father bring the device downstairs and put it into his vechicle and put a blanket over it to hide it in case law enforcement came to check out what was going on in apartment 622 where they are using it from.
I guess they thought that the person I had come in to do the sweep was somehow connected to the law.
But as I said before these people are still using this thing against me and it is effecting my health in a negative way as my blood pressure has risen to a dangerous level as I was checked out by my primary care physician a couple of weeks ago and they gave me high bolld pressure medications to help lower my blood pressure.
Before these people started using this technology against me my blood pressure was always normal and I was in good health before these attacks against me. I am having serious headaches all the time especilly when they are using this thing on me when I am in my apartment. My eyes hurt and itch constantly, my vision has been affected and gotten worse since, and I am having various problems with my health. I went to a eye doctor and he sees something going on with my eyes that he cannot explain to me yet and has requested me to go to another eye doctor of his choosing to get his opinion as to what is going on with my eyes.
I know for a fact that some of these devices have probablly been taken from the local air force base here in Tampa.
I do think that they have broken into my apartment at night while I was sleeping after they kept me awake for several days of constant harrassment and druged me somehow and put some kind of tracking device into my body in order to be able to follow me.
As I have already had my car checked of any type of GPS devices and we found none at the time. But they still seem to know where I am at and are some how able to dispatch someone to my location to see what I am up to.
If there is any way you get someone to go to the apartment where they have this equipment set up and have it removed and the people arrested it would be a great help to me as I do not think I can go through this much longer.
They are set up in apartment 622 at 9302 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Tampa, Florida 33610.
Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated,

Received 03-16-2004 There is this guy by the name of Jason that lives upstairs from my apartment and he keeps beaming me with this microwave unit thats attached to a spy unit thats being used to watch me with in my apartment.

Received 03-17-2004 Hello, Just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that things are improving as the sheriffs office came into the appartment abovr mine the other day and are taking care of things as we speak. Or at least I think they are following up on things.
I was not able to get a responce from Sheila, as I did leave a voice mail with her from my phone call the other day. Maybe she just has not had the time to contact me as of yet!

Received 03-19-2004 Good morning, I just wanted to get you up to date on my ongoing problem with the electronic harassment from the apartment above mine.
Jason was using the microwave unit on me again last night as he usually does every night. My head is ringing and hurts quite a bit this morning as a result. i am having a hard time with my being able to relieve myself now as a result too.
I think he is getting ready to use it again now that he sees that I am trying to send this message to you.
I can hear what he is saying to some degree through the floor of the apartment upstairs. wait here he comes I can hear the weight of the generator as he sits it down on the floor of the apartment. I got to go now.

It seems this character you have described to me as, Christopher Russo, has hit an all-time low point in his life. For what just might be his part in a group perpetration that you had mentioned to me thru an earlier emailing. Is he the one who you just might be getting confused with this other person by the name of Friary.............
Ever, since I had gotten that call from Vicky Kindheart and found your name and email at her website, " Mind Control Forums - Victims Accounts " pages, local and countrys links. I have also been doing a lot of reading, researching and networking with many other victims across this country and around the world, just like she had suggested that I do. And I have found a lot of informaton concerning how and why, these type people do what they do while in these psychotronic group harassment perpetrations and this one is without any doubt of the ritual abuse type. And I have tried to put this knowledge to good use while trying to get these people off my back and not be their target victim.
Are some of those other people I have sent BIOS on to you, from the internet by any chance the people who may be involved in harassments of this kind in the Tampa Bay area ! I think you should go to the FDLE and Florida Department of Corrections about, what these people, are doing to all of us victims they are targeting here in the state of Florida! I still can't help but think, that the people who are harassing me are somehow connected to the same perpetration that are responsible, for the harassment of all target victims in this area of Florida.
I have something else for you, now that you and I have been sharing information over the internets email system for over the past year or so, where you have been helping me. So I could get these people who are harassing me to stop their projects and also get some sort of restitution from it. Due to the very fact that this has happened to me and I have enough information about who these people are should make it possible for me to get an arrest and press charges and hopefully get reimbursed for all my losses, for the destruction of not only my car but also my other personal property. I also, feel that I have sustained some injuries as a result of these people using their technology upon my body, not to mention the depression and anxiety I am having now. My overall health has suffered a great deal and my disability has gotten much worse than it had been several years ago. Something else that is very disturbing to me is the fact that I also, have either been allowed to or possibly got lucky to be enabled to remote view some things that I think are quite incredible as well as things I have also," overheard and viewed " through, the " Voice to Skull," communicatons, feature of this program I have been run and accessed through, by either this perpetration and the government who are watching these perps. And the visual remote viewing part of this program and the auditory Voice to Skull features that I am being accessed through seem to coincide with what I have read about at Mind Control Forums.
The people who are running this perpetration, and who also have been harassing me are on the same frequency as I am, as well, with the technology that they have which makes it all possible for them to view and hear everything I do all the time. So I have been able to find out a lot about these people just by listening and what I feel I have been doing is, something known as, " remote viewing," through my own minds visual centers and auditory centers of my brain. Also,I think that the government just might be watching these people with a government sponsered program and these perpetrators are not really aware of it ! But I do recall hearing someone talking to me now and then, on what I would consider to be an alternet frequency, whereby they have said they are watching the perpetrators and are also protecting me at the same time. Another thing that is most disturbing to me is that I have actually remote viewed and heard through my auditory center, with the," Voice to Skull," communications aspect of this program, thats being run that these Perps actually, had raped and beaten some women, who I thought were, actually the six women I had met at the apartment complex I had previously lived at, Sabal Park Apartments. And I understand that two of these women had actually been robbed of a huge sum of money by these perpetrators of this same groups'harassment. And three other women were robbed of their jewlery, clothing and some of them even of their vehicles and real estate.
Now here is the strangest thing for me to understand because of all of this craziness. It was through this programs remote viewing feature, from what I've been informed about. It was while I was in the Sarasota area that, after I had moved out of that apartment complex I was using the Voice to Skull, communications part of the psychotronic program, which is used to communicate or talk to another person. There was a woman whom I had talked to a couple times up in the Tampa area. Who was from the Park Apartment Complex, where this womans rape actually took place, after I had moved from that location to the Sarasota area to live with an old friend from knowing six years before in 1999. That was when this happened to the woman whom I had previously met at the apartment complex and I had become accustomed to conversing with after I had moved out of that complex, through the auditory Voice to Skull communications, Scalar Effect or commonly known as systhetic telepathy and we both had become efficient with. It seems I have so many unanswered questions about what is going on in my life that I cannot explain, concerning this group harassment that uses psychotronic technology. Due to the people who use this technology for the soul purpose of spying on other people. I have thought about what you are requesting of me from one of the lateist emails you replied to me with. As to those BIOS I had sent to you, that I had found at the," arrests enquires, section," of the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Offices, website. I am not sure what it is, exactly that you really needed me to do. As, I think that I am most positive about these BIOS, I have sent to you. And they do in fact support my suspicions that these people are the ones that are harassing me. And since I have been in touch with you about these matters, it seems that these people also seem to fit the descriptions of the people who just may have been harassing you and your family. Which is quite possible, in that we are from the same area of Florida. I have also become interrested in some of what else you have said to me through your emails, such as the 40th Street Sandwhich Shop homocide, and another one that interrests me is the one about this person you mentioned by the name of Friary and his likeness to this other person named Christopher Russo. I also, have overheard another other person say that Smith and he are personal friends, and Friary and Russo and also, the rest of all those whom you have made mention to me are also friends.
Rose, I am truly sorry that these people are doing this to you and I am quite hopeful that law enforcement will get them all. Hopefully soon ! It is the most discusting thing to see people like these people getting away with such atrocities. One of the women that I had met at that apartment complex had been set up by these perps. And I mean that these perps actually planted drugs in her apartment and called the manager of the complex about it, and as a coincidence she went to jail and is still there and that is just not right. I know she does not even do drugs ! But with the technology that these perps are using, I have heard that they can actually mind control a target victim and get the target victim to testify, under oath, against their will. And even get this done in a federal court of law. Scary to think that people like this actually exist in this great country of ours, isn' t it ! But they do and they are getting away with atrocities such as these. What is anyone supposed to do ! You would think that the very government that has developed this psychotronic technology would step in and do something about it. These people have been getting away with the most unbelievable crimes you can imagine. We are no longer safe in our own homes and within the confines of our own country. It's like we have been taken over by the communists, from within our own countrys boundries. Its' just like Nikita Khhchref of Russia had once said, that they would do, to our great nation, after we kicked them out of Cuba with their nuclear missules, " We will take your people from within, the confines of their own country. " Rosemary, please let me know if you have any ideas about what we might be able to do about these people, who perpetrate these evil crimes against us. I would sure like to be able to go back to work, or something, that I could benefit from. Instead of spending all of my time trying to stop these perps from targeting me with their technology. Just to know that I am not being watched and targeted, would be something of a comforting and positive change for me. I sure hope we can defeat them at their own game of spying on us victims.
