I am an Electrical Engineer, private pilot and know alot medically about the human body. I have been a Director of Audio Visual at a five star hotel in Chicago for sixteen years. Then I started to figure out what was happening. I thought that it could not be true.

I request assistance concerning the following statements.

This involves random field medical testing without consent (a criminal act) and I referred from the Black Vault for assistance from your experience. I was referred to this site for assistance since numerous agencies did nothing to protect my health so I look forward to your much needed support.

To briefly describe what has been occurring is that I discovered that I have been a medical guinea pig (no other way to describe it). Otherwise know as random field medical testing without consent. For certain ,my ventilation system (in both house and car) have been compromised and I have received non-ionized radiation burns on my body. These burns have been induced when an electronic device, like a television, is overridden to a high degree. Not to go into too much detail...certain frequencies can control virtually any part of the body. For example hearing, liver, kidneys, throat, reproduction system, bladder, eyes, throat, mouth, heart, skin, veins, pelvis, hands, feet, bones, joints, arteries etc, etc. This can be accomplished using television, radio and other common household consumer appliances.

It is with an unfortunate revealing that I discovered that my mother and I were such targets. My mother died of a brain tumor several years back and we thought it was natural by any means until several years later many indicators clearly revealed that it was intentionally induced. People that are medical guinea pigs typically come from a family that has a single parent and a single child. The reason for this is that they count on that no family members will figure this out years later - therefore, having only one sibling would create odds in their favor of no one figuring out what has occurred.

Originally attached to this letter were three documents depicting how certain agencies, hospitals and the government performed and still do perform random field medical testing without consent. The first document details the historical background of random field medical experiments. The second, which is a currently published document shows how many hospitals, like the University of Illinois, which still does random testing on individuals without their knowledge within their home. And finally the third document (the anti-tampering act) from the FDA basically states that any person, company or agency that willfully causes any pain, suffering, risk of death rendered by any consumer product such as television, radio or other home product can be fined or imprisoned.

The above mentioned can be accomplished using Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR/ELF) or induced ionized and non ionizing radiation without a person being aware that this is occurring within a person's home. This also includes using VLF or Very Low Frequencies which when induced over a period of time allows basically any organ to be controlled at their whim.

Certain companies get grants to perform such testing. My plight is that I know who is responsible, (I do not know if I can mention this on this posting so for now I leave it out). I will state this - it is a company from West Chicago Illinois.

The assistance that I request is that a thorough air sampling be done within my home. The air sampling would clearly and quickly identify how my ventilation system has been compromised and corroborated the above statements. When I hired the private sector to do this the results were positive.

  14. Hydrogen Oxygen (oxide)
  15. Plutonium
  16. Uranium 235
  17. Diethyalmine
  18. Lysergic acid
  19. Nuerotoxins

I have acquired induced radiation burns specifically from the description within this letter and may even have induced leukemia from the prolonged exposure. Having an Electrical Engineering degree and being a Director of Audio Visual I started to stumble on how and when this taking place.

I am writing you for assistance since it represents a public health concern and discovered that this is done deliberately to twenty people a year in Chicago. After going to numerous agencies, with no response (although three agencies knew what I was referring too) I am asking specifically for your assistance.

What lawyers and/or humanitarian groups , if not yourself, would deal with this case.
