To sleep, in early 1998, I built a box out of aluminum plate (at the time I did not know that thin aluminum foil would block microwaves). A police officer visited my apartment and photographed this in early 1998. He recommended a private detective who required a $100 retainer fee and then said he was not interested any more, and simply kept the money. I rented a RF spectrum analyzer which I barely knew how to operate, and spent a month or so with equivocal results."I bought a Microalert detector, and have been able to detect microwaves with a the Microalert detector.", which showed their presence, but the police thought this was going on too long for them, and closed the case.
Since then, the harassment has continued. One of the neighbors has moved away, leaving two remaining suspects (assuming apartment employees were not involved). I replaced the aluminum box with a bunk bed covered with aluminum screening; this has made it possible to ignore the irradiation while sleeping. A contact with the FCC (which completely ignored me until I wrote my reps in Congress), was nice enough to talk with me on the phone, but said there was nothing he could do, because of no funding.
None of the billions of FCC dollars reaped at spectrum auctions apparently is real, I guess.
I continue to gather physical evidence and plan to take them to trial as soon as victory is assured.
The PDF attached provides substantially more detail, for anyone interested. It is a little out of date.
