For the first half of the 20th century, the FBI claimed there was no organized crime, ie the Mafia. Now they claim there is no organized child abuse. Abuse has been known to occur for years, known to law enforcement, until someone else discovers the truth and is lucky enough to find a sympathetic ear in a position to expose the abuses. The child sexual abuse by Catholic priests is a prime example.More than 25% of US kids are sexually abused, but most won't remember it until their 30s or 40s. Less than 10% of cases are reported in the first place, and if they are, there is a group controlled by the CIA and other creeps to discredit the children and adults reporting the abuse, the False Memory Syndrome Foundation.
But sexual abuse is not the only aspect of the much larger conspiracy to control the population, the New World Order if you want to call it that. Technology is crucial to their success as well.
Governments work in secret when it comes to scientific progress. The military might sit on a prototype for years before hiring contractors to research and develop a project to replicate what they have already developed. And even then, the public may never see their work until absolutely necessary.
Most people, for example, believe that cloning is brand new. Cloning embryos dates back to Hans Driesch in 1891. Dolly the sheep was cloned a full year before the press finally came to report it in mass. Other institutions have cloned humans using interspecial eggs (from cows specifically) and not reported it for years, if at all. They may not have allowed the embryos develop to fetus, but this is in the public sector. Meanwhile, governments long ago figured out how to clone people and accelerate their growth with hormones.
It was a secret offshoot of the CIA that set out in early 1970s to stop the CIA in charge of MK ULTRA and other black book projects. Delving into every possible science, they have developed mind-blowing technologies. What they could expose would cripple the world psyche. The extent of government abuses, the sheer number of corrupt leaders, technology a century ahead of what the private sector has developed or is developing. They aren't constrained by monetary or government restrictions. Investment in the stock markets was crucial to their success.
The tv series Dark Angel wasn't far off with the premise of genetically engineering people on secret bases, conditioning them to become soldiers.
During the 1970s in China, American looking children were created to become assassins. When this counter-CIA-MK ULTRA group could finally infiltrate a training camp and threaten nuclear retaliation, the camp closed.
Meanwhile in the United States, "summer camps" were being run that drugged the children and performed numerous unethical experiments on them, including behavioral conditioning, brain wave studies of confusion, electric shock, poison synthesis, stopping the heart once a coniditoned stimulus has been thoroughly learned, hypnosis for various means to ends like planting false memories of the camp experience, and sexuality manipulation. These too were eventually contained in part. There are still numerous less "professional" cults involved. And the children keep the secrets out of fear for their lives.
Over the course of the next few years, child sexual abuse will be increasingly exposed at the pace regular law enforcement can keep up with. Operation Ore, for example, turned up so many pedophiles including government officials that Tony Blair declared a news blackout and most of the offenders aren't even being arrested. Meanwhile laws keep being passed or attempted to be passed that makes it easier for the pedophiles to get away with their crimes; the inability to retroactively repeal statutes of limitations for example, or the Justice Department under Clinton trying to decriminalize certain types of child pornography. Due to the nature of sexual abuse, it may be 35 years before the victim remembers, and by then there's nothing they can do about it and most do nothing on their own to expose it; they just want to forget it and get on with their lives. This serves the conspiracy well.
Abuse awareness needs to be taught in schools so that a new breed of social activist is developed. Abusers need to be exposed no matter how respected or powerful they are; abusers work furiously to earn respect and take power. Institutions that harbor secret abuse within their walls need to be exposed regardless of how much a pillar of society they may have become. Janet Reno and the Disney Co. need to be stopped. They've gotten away with their abuses for years with hardly a peep from the media or law enforcement. They have been furthuring abuse through their actions and planned inactions. They are the Hidden Agenda.
