Wilbourne Twins of Virginia targeted by their relatives, The Groome-Wilbourne-Johnson Crime Family, and their partners, linked to Jim Gilmore,III. of the President George Bush Administration.
Father,Kenny Wilbourne, a charismatic, hard working, well known real estate business man, and covert Kingpin, psychologically murdered my identical twin brother by the time he, Kevin, was 20 years old. Kenny Wilbourne's behavior and decisions, along with his second wife, Pam Groome, severely abused both twins physically and emotionally, and with little social interaction. Both twins, Christians, almost died at around age 21 from the manifestation of years of abuse from childhood, and lack of social nurturing and training in a silent cold abusive house, though their Christian Grandmother was warm and very loving, and one of the best people to ever walk the earth. Pam Groome often insulted, and ordered the Grandmother to her room, so jealous she had to seperate the Grandmother from the twins. Pam Groome acted like a unpredictable lunatic, often saying for no apparent reason that she had "bad nerves", practically shaking out of her skin with rage. She was often out of control, and our father, Kenny Wilbourne, was not much better.
Kenny Wilbourne hardly never spent any time with his sons trying to teach them anything much, or any skills that would make them competent men when they grew up. He basically just ignored them, and abused them whenever he felt like blowing off steam, severely terrorizing Kevin, the more sensitive twin. Kenny Wilbourne only treated his daughter, Michele, with severe psychological abuse once in her life,the period when he did not approve of her choosing to marry her husband, who prematurely died at age 28. He called his daughter the "Apple of his eyes" for he said she looks like her mother, his first wife, whom Kenny Wilbourne abused and neglected when she had his three very young children, and she fled scared for her life. His first wife, Maureen Kaufman, has said to this day she is scared of Kenny Wilbourne. He said he married Pam Groome for money. He often mistreated his honest Christian twin sons. Kenny Wilbourne's own mother pleaded with him, begged him, when the twins were age 9,to remove her and the children away from Pam Groome, who constantly attacked the twins with violence for no good reasons. Pam Groome's problem was a split personality, with severe anger and flashbacks from the severe abuse her millionaire father had doled out on her, according to her complaints to the twins while she abused them. Kenny Wilbourne has been an angry hot tempered person who is very destructive all his life. Kenny Wilbourne's mother told her son that she could see the twins were getting too hurt. Despite being able to afford separate housing, as Kenny Wilbourne became a reputed millionaire, he refused his mother's pleas for help. The twins were compliant children, and teenagers, having excellent behavioral records in school, they did nothing wrong to deserve the abuse. Kenny Wilbourne made sure he looked good,like a good man, for he attainted several community leaderships roles, including President of the PTA and Little League.
Both twins, Christians since a young age, had always been polite, honest, and popular, though in their intense effort to survive and rehabilitate Kevin, they became isolated, but that was due to lack of spare time and intense focus. Kevin developed the most serious mental illness at age 20, and never fully recovered, though in remission for over 15 years, but staying mentally impaired for life, having a condition comparable to a person being slightly mentally retarded. Kevin cannot always think well for himself, or understand things completely, but, overall, he does very good for what he has been through. Kenny,Jr developed at age 21 clinical depression for just that period of about one year, thus never having a chronic mental illness problem. Kenny, Jr. went on to become a restaurant worker, becoming a trainer and restaurant manager. Kenny,Jr., knowing his twin was an outstanding honorable honest God- loving man who deserved help,and no one else in the family outside the Grandmother cared to give any of their time to try to help Kevin, stayed by his side, and used his education and God given intelligence to help Kevin recover from his devastating illness over a 10 year period to 1996 mostly, but still always relies on Kenny,Jr. more than he realizes. Kevin, at age 20, had spent two years in hospitals as a young man, almost dying from schizophrenia that was brought on all the years of abuse and social neglect. Thereafter, after receiving proper medicine to bring his illness into remission, he spent almost two more years in a bed at home, still incapacitated.
Together, the twins,with much effort and struggle, from 1986 to 1996, Kenny,Jr. led his brother to better physical and mental health, teaching him many independent living skills, like how to cook, grocery shop, got him involved in vocational rehabilitation and training programs,exercising, and eventually back on his feet, smiling again, and even working. All this was a true miracle, a story even better than the movie " A Beautiful Mind".
Unfortunately, Kenny Wilbourne was not happy with his retirement money he had saved, for he had an over 30 year gambling addiction, and severe degenerative spine disease, and a single daughter of two Grandsons, and a wife, who all demanded his money, to be rich, to keep themselves happy. Somehow, in his sick and twisted mind, Kenny Wilbourne decided that he should not have to pay any longer for housing and associated bills for Kevin, the son he almost completely destroyed, and for Kenny, Jr., who had stayed watching over and helping his mentally impaired brother.
Kenny,Jr.'s efforts to help his bother, and working a full time hectic jobs that he excelled at, not to mention all the sacrificing of his spare time that he could have used to date, have fun, and build his own life that would have led to Kevin not getting the help he needed,( and likely Kevin dying from being practically bedridden), was all like working three full-time jobs for Kenny. Kenny,Jr. planned to get his pursuing his own life around 30 years old, after he had gotten Kevin on his feet and doing well. On the other hand,Kenny Wilbourne,Sr., who had a mentally impaired son, who needed watching over, never was willing to sacrifice any of his life for Kevin, free to choose to virtually abandon Kevin outside of paying bills, and flying and traveling on gambling trips, and having a big social life. He gave no consideration or credit to Kenny,Jr. for his efforts and keeping Kevin. He liked to think of Kenny,Jr as a lazy freeloader, to explain why Kenny,Jr had not made a successful independent life, ignoring the burden on Kenny,Jr.'s life due to the commitments Kenny,Jr. had made to his twin Kevin, to stay and take care of him,and all the progress the two twins had made together. The whole concept was not co-dependence, but independence building plan which was working so that both twins could have a good life one day before criminal Kenny Wilbourne interfered with their lives again.....him coming back to "finish" the job of destruction he started on the twins when they grew up. Kevin has become reliable enough to even pay his own small mortgage and even marry a nice lady if his father really wanted anything for him. Kenny Wilbourne also liked to pervert the commitment Kenny,Jr. had to his twin brother that showed deep love and strong character and sacrifice. Kenny Wilbourne would try to make his Christian son's Kenny,Jr. level of commitment to his twin brother as something wrong with it, and also not true, like it was just an "excuse" or crutch Kenny used, just a "mental" problem. This would appeal to the other family members, who was jealous of Kenny,Jr.'s rank as the oldest son, who all the other relatives desired little to do with Kevin, yet still claiming they loved him, but enjoying a free life, giving Kevin little to none of their time. The truth is, all of them love themselves and money more than the Kevin or Kenny,Jr.. That has been proven now. And, their sister, Michelle, is very wicked and evil for she complained that she would have to split her inheritance with the twins.
Kenny Wilbourne gave no explicit warning to his either son, not even to the healthy one, that he could not afford or did not believe it was his responsibility to pay anymore for Kevin's housing for the duration of Kevin's life. In fact, he had promised to Kenny,Jr that he would always be able to take care of Kevin. So, he didn't give Kenny,Jr fair notice or chance to get his own place. Kenny,Jr is too honest to work for his father, because Kenny,Sr. doesn't believe in the Golden Rule, or always being honest, and has proven over his life that he,Kenny, Sr., likes to hurt people for money. Kenny,Jr. never knew his father was a criminal until recent years, for as said, Kenny,Sr. never had much of a real relationship with either son, only abusive and superficial, despite the money he used to support the twins growing up, and thereafter. Kenny,Sr. doesn't believe in God, and he has proven he has little to no conscience, and that money is his God. His father was a smuggler, divorcing his Christian mother, who apparently didn't know her husband was a criminal. He was a decorated WW2 Army machine gunner and served as a lone spy behind enemy lines, with a superior analytical mind.
Kenny Wilbourne rarely had even called or visited his twin sons, and when he did, it was out of concern for his responsibility. So, Kenny Wilbourne, ultimately,convinces himself that both twins are a liability, and he has a right to end their lives with a sophisticated scheme called gang stalking and electronic harassment, a systematic slow torture and kill method, that uses criminally conventional and bizarre methods, along with criminal hi-tech electronic methods, called pychotronics, to induce physical disease, vehicular murder attempts, and induces claims that mimic a paranoid person with mental illness. Active denial weapons,or those that covertly use direct energy,are those weapons that use various radio frequencies- including radiation and also severe electromagnetic (electrocution) shock, and are easy to plausibly deny for its hard to prove evidence of them. In short, all these methods of tearing apart the body, brain, family and friendship relationships, and employment and employment opportunities, is called "Gaslighting"(named after a book entitled that) and various other slang names, like "hanging", or known plainly as gang stalking and electronic weapons ( for electronic harassment, and damage to biology of the victim). But, as far as criminal personnel, it is basically just using the mob,witnessed and believed to be involved in illicit drug smuggling, who are many thousands and likely millions of people in a network that extends all across the United States from all backgrounds and vocations, including SOME criminal police, firemen, military, government, doctors, lawyers, community watch organizations, organized crime syndicates/gangs and thugs,merchants and their employees, corporations and employees, etc.. They use a sophisticated real time dispatch system to coordinate a moving foot and vehicular surveillance system that covers in many cities and towns virtually every road and inside stores and buildings. They depend heavily on computers and cell phones. It's important to note that people who are involved in the gang stalking network spend little to no extra time or real effort performing their stalking activity. Why? They use a time-saving technique that has their criminal activities cloaked or hidden while doing all their normal routines of commuting to and from work,while at work, shopping, leisure, doing errands, cleaning the yard, etc. Most people don't pay attention to what is going on around them, and they perform these well disguised and sometimes even some overt stalking and harassments right beneath the noses and behind the backs of regular citizens, and even in the presence of honest law enforcement, though they are experts at blending in with the regular public. They have so many people involved, it is virtually impossible for witness to catch them (because their surveillance is that good to watch out for possible witnesses, with a parameter drawn around the victim with numerous layers extending out many miles) or get familiar with their tactics, unless a person is a victim. Because having proof is almost impossible, the criminals involve like to say a person is mentally ill for making such crazy sounding claims,that numerous known and unknown people are stalking and harassing them, which can be accurate observations of how far these criminals go to cause stress, which includes doing bizarre and unbelievable things. Gang Stalking, in conjunction with electronic weapons(RF and MW), has been called the current day silent holocaust, and perfect crime.
Here are a few highlights of things that have happened in the Wilbourne Twin case as victims of gang stalking and electronic assaults:
overt mob, stalking 24/7 365 days a year begins in 1997, with cars coming up into our driveway at all hours of the day and night to "kick-off" the terror campaign. We also get a vehicle to stop in front of the house, and a passenger gives me a "death threat" stare. All this happens after I politely confront a new Egyptian boss at a new job about benign surveillance. See a relative involved too. Egyptian employer and his brother had revealed they knew some other Egyptians who met my twin many years earlier, and we later learn they too are involved in criminal network, and are closer to my father than we knew, suggesting they infiltrated our life, feigning friendship. I quit the job do to the Egyptian boss refusal to call off the stalking, as I knew he was involved after spending over six months tracing the stalking/surveillance back to the store and owner, and also saw a key relative involved who is my father's right hand man. The Egyptian was a self proclaimed owner with a high I.Q. and skills to be an executive plus he was an electrical and mechanical wizard stating he was a double major, and his street name was "ICE the Genius".
On a residential slow road, a large truck comes towards me almost off the road, I stop, he rides up on me as some type of sign or threat.
strangers walk up to my face, threaten me, others make rude remarks. Notice and hear people talking about an intense campaign is on to have numerous people learn my identity /looks.

2001 Muscle system suddenly collapses with severe pain and dysfunction after seeing a dentist for a serious of dental treatments, who becomes known as involved in the criminal network. Kenny,Jr forced to go on physical disability, forced unemployment.
2001- On 9/10/01, day before World Trade Center Attacks, two Arabs who are involved in gang stalking operations against me, state the need to rush to NEW YORK.
My locked car was trashed, music tapes destroyed, and car urinated in.
Service at restaurants changed to fair to poor, and carry- out items were bagged in containers that had knife slits in them so that they would leak.
Job tampering of Kevin's employment. He looses his job. Now, we both are looking starting to look like "twin chronically mentally ill" unemployed people, just as the criminals want.
See another relative by father's second marriage,CEO Harold Groome,Jr., involved in criminal surveillance against me. Learn that he is connected to an Italian crime family by marriage who live in Jacksonville, Florida, Gov. Jeb Bush's state. Later, get surrounded by males related to his brother in law Tommy Johnson, who threaten me for no apparent reason. * Attend a Groome wedding, and they ask for all the criminals to come to the dance floor....I see my father and his wife, Pam Groome, and practically everyone else there,get out of their seats, and walk to the dance floor.
2002- Notice old family photos of me as tampered with to make me look mentally and emotionally disturbed, exhibit displayed at sister's age 40 birthday party. Many people she knows attends. Later, I walk into the kitchen often to get refills, and then notice the lights are out. I turn the lights on, and my sister's friend has a chef knife cocked and ready to stab me 10 feet away with nothing is site for her to cut that is food.......I stare at her, she slowly puts down the knife, and walks out.
2002 Kenny,Jr proves he knows to Kenny,Sr. that he,Kenny,Sr., is behind the corruption of his medical files, claiming a hypothesis of a bogus mental illness. It also, for many other reasons, proves Kenny,Sr. and the other heads of the Groome-Wilbourne-Johnson Families are behind all the assaults on the twins lives. So, Kenny Wilbourne threatens to kill Kenny,Jr. on the spot with a 4 minute "death stare". Likely, all he would have to do is make a phone call, and criminal people would be their within seconds.
2003-Fall, notice phone is wire-tapped, and then after phone food bank after hurricane Isabel left us with no food. Travel towards the food bank in Richmond, and see JIM GILMORE,III., of President George Bush Administration and national terrorism policy writer, in a Jaguar car, intensely looking into the truck of our cab to identify us twins. We have never met him in person, but father has stated he is "good friend". We get to the food-bank, and I observe police officers and other people setting something up. Then when we leave, we get directed around the building on a blind curve, because our exit is blocked, and a high short-nosed truck attempt to crush us at blind spot of curve of a one lane black paved road. We escape,by inches, because I realized what they were doing.

2003 I tell father he has chosen to remove me from family, but not in those exact words. I end the fake superficial relationship with my criminal relatives that they desire with me. The people have no shame, or little conscience. Father "brought his mother out her grave", so to speak, meaning what a tremendous betrayal to her and his Christian twin sons. We never interfered or bothered anyone. He has destroyed our life, and a combined 20 years of hard work by me and my twin that took us to have any semblance of life.
2003 notice odd sound on AM band of radio. First notice of EMI(electromagnetic interference).
Odd noises and muddled voices that even the cat can hear come out the back grill of the refrigerator, stops immediately every time the power gets knocked out by a storm, or if the electricity is disconnected.
2004 EMI increases, noticeable on TV as numerous "dots" Feel a sensation of my back and bed shaking at night when I lay down to go to bed. Then, eventually, more "vibration" of body, and sensation of floor, table, and wall shaking. This is waves going through the body, likely.
Bee sting sensations start, hit all over body,.....as strong as a needle pricking.
Late 2004, start of gut punching, or getting hit with acoustic bullets. Force is very strong. Count 70 within an hour and half.
Severe electrocution episodes begin.This is done with electromagnetic energy.
Suddenly, feel strong ray/beam on head, severe headaches, then radiation sickness: nausea, subcutaneous bleeding, ulcers in roof of mouth, dizziness, loss of balance, swelling of skin, severe pain and swelling in the abdomen area, likely from the death of intestinal cells, etc.
Suddenly, within 2 days, see lines cut on my face around my eyes, as if skin is being artificially made to look old. These cutting line sessions continue in an organized fashion to put lines and wrinkling in young looking skin.
I develop Diabetes after several electronic assaults. Blood work later shows odd things, and dysfunction.
Criminal neighbor comes into locked house while I am in house alone, in shower.(father has a key to house as builder) The neighbor had a new long sleeve shirt on and a new cap, he intended to hurt me that day I surmise, or rather kill me. I notice the neighbor leaving and going to his parking area, where he has a large battery he is constantly charging everyday, then takes it into the house. (needed for electronic weapon).
Discover doctors have been corrupting my files for many years. I catch one doctor, who admits they are lying....incredible.
2005 Relatives have been involved in criminal surveillance against us for many years. Twin, Kevin, states he no longer feels safe around them for the things he sees them doing when he is around, so I help him to tell relatives not to ask him to come to family events, or see him.
2005 Thanksgiving- Father arrives, threatens violence, desires to lie and manipulate my mentally impaired twin to help himself and the criminal relatives. I call police on him. Kenny,Sr. had desired to haul Kenny,Jr. off, to take away his freedom, to gain more control of the criminal plans against the twins. Kenny,Sr.'s buddy Sgt. officer backs down when Kenny,Jr. states he has been talking with the Chief of police.
Current January 27,2006- Physical health declining due to constant active denial/radio frequency that is even delivered through the wiring of the house and phone lines....sounds like a "rushing roar".
Countless things I have not listed. But, in general, just severe abuse and lack of respect for my brother and I's life. And, clues of my case suggest that 9/11/01 WTC was has corrupt elite people involved as a method to create a "Pearl Harbor" event, to help usher in the New World Order, pushed hard by President George Bush. I've learned there are many, many, victims. What a sad state of affairs our nation and world is in- criminal people want a "controlled" society, everyone linked to a world dictatorship by computers, etc. And, reasonable to presume, they believe in Microwave Mind Control, just as Dr. Rauni Kilde article on the internet states.

We Wilbourne Twins are age 42 now, these criminals have stolen about 20 years from us,1997-2006, plus all we worked for that we built up to have a life from 1986 to 1996....that's another 20 years combined, (40 total)plus all the time we lost from being abused children before that.All we want is to be left alone, and to be able to work. We don't need criminal Kenny Wilbourne, though he has about fully physically and financially destroyed us. Apparently he wont be happy unless we are dead, and everything is covered up about what really happened. He is a lair, thief, killer, belongs in jail for what he has done to us. It is only by our faith in the Christ Jesus that we endure such sick and twisted people in his network......and that includes President George Bush due to how we know Jim Gilmore is involved, and if one believes the "Dan Bolles Papers"(look up on Google)...victim Charles Schuld's case.
Microwave Mind Control, and Gang Stalking, are the worst crimes in human history. God did not make people to be like robots or controlled so intimately with no real privacy or freedom. It subdues the spirit of creativity, and saps efficiency. Ultimately, it will fail because it puts a person's mind and body in a prison, and the controllers are not perfect people, and will abuse people.
